Tofu flower hot drink

Wedang Kembang Tahu

Material:
* 200 gr fresh flower know
* 150 gr palm sugar, curry
* 150 gr sugar
* 150 ml water
* 3 cm cinnamon
* 3 fruit clubs
* 2 pieces of pandan leaves
* 2 pieces of orange leaves
* any ginger

How to Make:
* Boil the flowers know lunak.Angkat & sisihkan
* Boil brown sugar with granulated sugar, water, pandan leaves, cinnamon, clove & citrus leaves with small fire until the sugar larut.Angkat & saring
* Serve Tofu flower in syrup with brown sugar
For 6 glasses

If there is no fresh tofu flowers can be used in 175 gr out of a tofu flower crispy. Dye in cold water .Dry & boiled until soft
