ALPINE CAFE

A very easy recipe, with instant coffee and a bit of brown sugar. If you're new to brewing up your own custom coffee drinks, this is a simple recipe to start with.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbs instant coffee
• 2 tbs brown sugar
• 1 tbs vanilla extract
• 1 tsp water
• 1 1/2 cup boiling water

Preparation:

Split coffee and vanilla between 2 mugs. Dissolve the sugar in 1 tsp water, and heat in a saucepan to boiling. Mix in the larger portion of hot water, then pour into the two mugs. Stir well and serve.
